Cast Nylon is a very adaptable thermoplastic resin. Cast nylon is an engineering material that is highly resistant to impact, wear, and vibration. It can considerably contribute to weight and noise reduction, lubricant savings, and gear life extension. Its physical qualities and low cost make it a better choice in many mechanical applications than metal and rubber. Cast Nylon offers excellent mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance. It also has a high dimensional stability and is relatively free of internal tension. Stock Availability of Cast Nylon: Cast Nylon are of Nylon 66, MC 901 Grade, Metallon grade. These grades are available in Blue and Yellow colors and forms of Cast Nylon Round, Cast Nylon Sheet and Cast Nylon Plate. We supply these materials as per our customer’s cutting requirement. Applications of Cast Nylon: Cast Nylons are widely used in Bearings, Bushes, Clamps, Rollers, Door latches, Heavy duty wheels and Gears.
